Order Cancellation Policy

Made a mistake with your purchase? Changed your mind or need to alter your order?

Order cancellations and changes can be initiated within 24 hours of purchase; contact support@curaheals.com for assistance.

After 24 hours, we can't cancel your order due to our commitment to fast delivery. However, you can return the package to us unopened, as received, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus a restocking fee and any return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt, and credited back to the original payment method.

A reminder: All refunds, returns, and exchanges require proof of purchase and proof of product condition via photos. The purchased product and packaging must be returned with the provided documentation within 90 days of purchase.

Product Return Condition to Qualify for a Refund

Please note that products must be returned with the original packaging in new or gently used condition to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.

Restocking Fee

Orders returned for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Must be returned to our warehouse. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.

A product may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of receiving the order if:

• The product was delivered less than 90 days ago.
• The product is in the same condition as when received.
• The original packaging is in the same condition as when received.
• The customer is willing to pay for the shipping cost associated with the return.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of arrival at the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to appear in your account. Contact support@curaheals.com if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
